01Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and the preferences you share during setup — your fitness goals, dietary preferences, and, if you choose to connect it, read-only access to your calendar. We also collect usage data: which plans you mark done, skip, or swap, and the times you interact with the app. We do not collect your name (beyond an optional display name), phone number, or any payment information during the beta.

02How we use it

We use your preferences and usage data exclusively to generate and improve your Daily Brief. Your calendar is read on your device to size workouts and meals to your available time; only a coarse availability summary — never event titles, attendees, or details — is sent to our servers. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties. Aggregated, de-identified statistics may be used to improve the product.

03Data retention and deletion

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You can export all of your data — goals, preferences, and history — at any time from Settings → Export my data. If you delete your account from Settings → Delete account, your personal data is permanently removed from our systems. Deletion is irreversible.
